I created a growth strategy for One Medical to increase subscribers by 25% in 5 years for my Design Strategy class. For the first part of the project, I compiled my research into a report, finding insights and recommending opportunities for the company. For the second part of the project, I presented a prototype of my solution and calculated its viability.
